Cath’s Cause for Change is founded on the belief that access to opportunities can unleash the resilience of the human spirit. We focus on breaking down the employment barriers for Black men, advocating for equality and crafting avenues for employment recognizing the individuality of each person’s path to success. We are a community fueled by caring staff, dedicated volunteers, and kind-hearted donors, all committed to collaborative change.
